I am having an issue where I cannot purchase anything from the gem market. Every time I hit buy I get an authentication error message. [img]https://i.imgur.com/pZqMI7L.jpg[/img] [img]https://i.imgur.com/0PDqQ9s.jpg[/img]

@ShinyGoomy have you tried logging out then in again?

@chatoyant Yes, and just did so again in case I was wrong. Still getting the same error.

@ShinyGoomy that's odd. have you tried clearing your cache, or using an incognito window, or a different browser?

@chatoyant ahh, thank you. I had tried clearing cache and incognito, but had not tried a different browser. Still a glitch that should be looked into though, as I'd prefer not to have a different browser on my computer just to use the gem marketplace.

Are you using any extensions? Duck Duck Go has been known to cause (amongst others) authentication errors and usually is also installed on Incog windows. Other add-ons can cause these problems as well but DDG is having a lot of issues right now with FR
