Hey! I see i got one of those reserve slots, does this mean i can already fill out the forms for the dragons i want? im second last of the 10, so idk if im supposed to do anything yet.

@Naegiri : Unfortunately I can't say for sure how many, but I have started doing reserved slots for those on the pinglist who haven't gotten slots yet.
They act like a wait-list for those that haven't snagged a slot yet to try and ensure that everyone gets something, and if need be I'm willing to go past the official closing date for these special slots.
