Basically you totally got the right idea and that duplicate remover tool is still The Thing to use to shorten your pinglist into just one so you don't go over the max character count. Just please only throw the pings in there, and not the keywords. So the keywords will still look like this:

Keywords: BreedA, gender1, coverage, keyword, keyword, keyword
Keywords: BreedA, gender2, coverage, keyword, keyword, keyword
Keywords: BreedB, gender1, coverage, keyword, keyword, keyword
Keywords: BreedC, gender1, coverage, keyword, keyword, keyword
etc. etc.
