This cute old man was destined for spines because nothing else worked with his caribbean tert. Then firefly came along. I love how bright the fireflies are against the darker browns and tans. Matches beautifully with the regal dark blue apparel to create a truly beautiful prince- Tert: Cinnamon. I've tried everything, even stained (which didn't work as well compared to the darkness of his natural colour). Spines is too jarring as well. She was to be part of a pair of Coral inspired dragons, but the person who was selling her didn't quite vibe with the idea. I'm thinking that maybe it would be interesting to take up that mantle, but in the meantime, I'm indecisive on the Pumpkin.

He did have underbelly, but I couldn't deal with it, he wouldn't sell. So I made him basic, kept him, and now I wait for the perfect tert.

To be honest I always forget that lace is even a tertiary, but what really saves Vellichor? The candles. The gradient on those candles ties the blue in with the antique and metals. The silver seraph helps tie in the metals but it is the candles that hold the whole thing together.
