I have used 70~ vials on this dragon and except for him turning facet twice, all of them have been uncommon, unusual, or rare. Sometimes it stayed the same one for 5+ scatters. The vial chances are literally ridiculous, I understand things are supposed to be ~rare~ but for a one time available only item, you'd think they'd skew the percentages to be a little more reasonable. :\

The staff had closed the main thread because userbase was being aggressive and complaining a lot without saying anything to us.

I'm very disappointed that people couldn't be civil. Especially when we know that some young users and some more experienced ones have troubles with some kind of eyes and anxiety issues regarding those.

I didn't even realize that thread was closed, I never looked back at it until today. I know I can't get my gems back, but I'm still disappointed in how this has been handled. Staff addressing the problem at all, just acknowledging, would be great :(
I ended up just buying the glow eye scrolls, at least those are guaranteed to change the eyes on a dragon.

ive used 8 vials for my progen and at one point i got FOUR uncommons AT ROW, so yeah im very very vERY angry at this point and i also sent them email because this is honestly so EFFING unbelievable.

250 vials on one dragon and nothing better than faceted I'm getting pretty sure that this is a bug because if it isn't I don't even know what to say

I have used 24 vials. Not anywhere near the numbers that I've seen in the thread and gotten nothing above rare. This is outrageous
