I heard it in the movie Suckerpunch and never thought about it much until I actually sat down and listened to it and the lyrics, took me several times after watching the movie to actually look it up though so I know how you feel, haha!

So I've noticed you've already gathered the most prominent ones however here's some more songs off the top of my head there's probably more though, whenever I think of one I'll try to post.:
Alice -Danny Elfman (That's the music from the first Tim Burton movie)
Tea party -Kerli
Alice human sacrifice -Vocaloid (Although it's really hard to find a good version of this one since it's so old. Walking on air -Kerli (Doesn't mention anything explicitly Alice but it gives me that feel.)
