-any background info I should know? - she's an alien pretending to be a person! she actually eats people, haha. I thought she'd be an appropriate inktober character.
-(if applicable) Gore/monster/zombify etc? - in the spirit of spookiness, I'd love it if you wanted to make her look creepy like she's about to munch on someone. Her mouth would stretch out a lot wider and her eyes would blacken in that case. Maybe something similar to this. You can do whatever you feel works best with arranging her expression. Making her mouth more gore-y would be okay as well as bloodsplatter if you feel like that fits. I don't really have a super specific idea for it, so do whatever you think looks best. :)
