she will be the sun in this metaphor. They are enemies, possibly mates?
I'd really like to re-gene her to Savannah/capsule - but keep her gorgeous wings. Might tweak her outfit too, mainly remove the cape to show off her beauty.

Those thorns didn't look reminiscent to the seaweed and shells he had played with in his childhood, in the Fishspine Reef. They were dark purple, and looked very sharp. His dark blue eyes adjusted to a small bush filled with ripe berries. There was a note and... a mysterious cat mask. Putting it on, his vision was... changed. The mask's Night-Vision allowed him to seea lot more. In the distance, two eyes stared at him, watching every move. Was this an experiemnt? He fowarded, and the deep, bold voice called to him.
"Why is a Spiral of the Tidelord here?"
Shadowbinder?
"I have no idea..." he replied, his voice trailing off. Were there any escape routes from this asylum? As his claws unfolded the note left on the bush, a large hand opened. A ball, with a crescent on it. What use was that to him? But, who would reject a gift from a god? He held it in his feet, unsure of its Shadow qualities. His wings felt like they were being cut off. Shadowlike patterns formed in his wings, and his tail formed more scaled, each being decorative. The note was open. It was a map to an unknown place.
Wandering around, he suddenly smelt the seawater. He was home.
