It just has to do with personal preferences! A common reason for liking unbred dragons is that having a "blank slate" in the offspring list is appealing, either for lore or aesthetic reasons. It's not something everyone cares about, but for people who like this kind of detail, being unbred can add value to a dragon, especially when the dragon is something rare like a low digit :)
