Sorry!!! Exams are terrible and so is moving... but I'll be stationary and mostly without much to do for the next couple months (except for a scout camp, yay!) so there ought to be an uptick in update frequency.

Edit: ArgenteaMon yeah, I won't be following the map exactly, but I love having a visual tool to help with plotting and directions and by-the-way comments about where stuff is ^^

Heroides wanted to brave the Ascent, but he was the only one. The rest of us are too scared and not good enough at flying to was to risk it, especially not with Nereid and Charsth. Tarash’s stone sense led us to a collection of boulders half-hidden in a bamboo grove, and we have set up camp here. We do not have much money, but we have gathered many items and materials as we travel, and my alchemy is improving. Charsth gave me some of his shed skin and I have been able to make several batches of metallic muck from it, which should help pay our way. It seems to be the season of changes for our clan. Now Rynn and Lir have developed patterns, too. Rynn’s brown body has acquired striped and spots, his skin lightening and darkening in places, even turning blue along his tail and neck and around his eyes. The stripes on his legs look almost skeletal. And Lir has developed a striped, swirling pattern of light and dark blue radiating up his frills and along his body. Only Nereid and I remain unchanged; even Charsth looks different in his freshly shed scales.
