How people pronounce your dragons' names? Not the normal ones, like Shadow or Slayer, but the ones that are odd.

Example: Cymascella (my progen)

Aviermous (random progen)


Don't look in their bios, but how did you read those names?

Only part wrong with the second is it's more like -mus. Wow!

I have Tolkien names, I don't even know if I'm pronouncing them correct x)

i'm confused myself how do i pronounce freude(german people please respond)and cichol(i tend to pronounce it as both cheechol and keechol)
also feel free people to pck any name in my lair and try to pronouncr that

Its a neat "game" but I don't know how to partake since writing it out loud how I'd say it would not translate since you guys would pronounce the syllabls different from me.

But Cymascella I would pronounce the cy like germans pronounce chrysantheme (withour the r), mas like in mascara, cella like the instrument chello (with an a instead of the o).

Cymascella: Km-mah-shell-ah. Km, because I've spent too long in Wales (Cymru is pronounced something like come-ree, but the "come" is a much shorter sound so it's more like a "cm" or "km") and "shell" because I can't get out of the habit of putting a h sound after a c if it's before a vowel (blame ab initio Italian for that).

Aviermous: Ah-vee-AIR-mus. Much easier.
