The pale fae floated in the entryway of the manor. She didn't so much as twitch a frill as the words "trick or treat" echoed from somewhere vaguely near her hood.

Lightning dragon, Lightning lair. Progen!
Guantian sighed heavily as she trekked up the path to the manor. She couldn't believe she'd lost rock-paper-claw against Huozai. It should definitely have been him out here chasing after the younglings instead of her. But no, one wrong move and she was here, alone and lost, searching for young sparks that seemed to have disappeared into nowhere.
A glimmer of white caught her attention, and Guantian made a beeline for the Skydancer, fighting the urge to lasso a leash around his neck. "Yexing!" she admonished, batting his head with fond exasperation. "What did I say about running off? You can't follow the spirits, we've been over this!"
With a tired smile, she turned to you, bowing hurriedly. "I'm so sorry about this one. I hope he didn't unsettle you too much, he sees things differently from the rest of us."
Yexing poked her shoulder, and Guantian turned around with a slight hint of irritation, only to let out a tiny snort of laughter when he whispered in her ear. "He wants me to say 'Trick or treat'," she informs you, trying to look stern, but the quiver in her voice and the slight curl to her lip reveals her mirth. Yexing was still young, after all - discipline would come in time, she supposed, and besides, it was Halloween. Let the children fly free - and get a few treats out of it.

Lonny, a lightning dragon in a shadow clan, was too excited by the prospect of candy to be scared of the spooky mansion. He jovially ran up to the door, shouting, "Trick or treat!" When the door opened, he was not afraid of the spookily-dressed dragon in the entryway; he simply held out the sack he hoped to fill with candy.

She just left home from Pumpkin's ,her mother's, warm nest for the first time. She was trick-or-treating with her new clan. Lots of first times on the second day of hatching she thought, "first time out of nest, first time meeting her new clanmates, and first time trick-or-treating!" She giggled to herself, " Pumpkin's dragon, lumpkings bracken, here we are flying high and high!!"

"Guantian! Guantian!" The voice is loud, exuberant, and coming closer at an alarming speed. There's a flash of yellow and pink, and a Nocturne barrels up the path, nearly tripping on the stairs but catching herself last second. "Oh, lucky~" she says cheerfully, barely fazed by the near accident. Instead, she bounces quickly up to the Guardian. "Guantian! I was looking for you!"
Excited, Dianqi begins to tell the exasperated Guardian all about her adventures trick-or-treating, telling a rambling tale about how she'd gotten lost and exclaiming over all the treats she's gotten.
Surprisingly focused for once, Yexing is sneakily poking his head into her sack of goodies, a quiet munching sound heard from behind Dianqi as she speaks. Amused, Guantian stretches a wing out to smack lightly against Yexing's side, making Dianqi turn around. "Yexing!" the Nocturne cries, dismayed. "That's my loot! You've got your own!"
"Oh, hush," Guantian tells Dianqi, laughing. "You've got more than enough, from what you've been telling me. Besides, there's still one house you haven't been to yet." The Guardian nods her head towards you.
Dianqi's eyes widen, and she turns to you excitedly. "Oh! Are you still giving out treats?" Quickly, she grabs her bag (Yexing gives a tiny disappointed noise but lets go without a fight) and presents it to you, smiling. "Trick or treat!"

Aspyrios was getting used to this. Who knew trick-or-treating would be so fun? And she was even beginning to enjoy wearing the costume that had been picked out for her. Perhaps she would continue to wear it a while longer after the events of the week were over.
She didn't even need to consult her map anymore - she knew exactly how to find the manor where Lord Darque and Lady Coven resided. She happily fluttered up to the door, knocked with the door knocker, and barely waited for the door to open before -

A lanky Imperial male approaches the door. He seems to resemble the Plague-bringer herself or one of her loyal servants, his eyes glowing an eerie red. "Trick or treat."

With large grins on their faces Lord Darque and Lady Coven open the door. Looking up at the dragon before them, they looked at each other bemusedly and turned to the dragon before them. Lady Coven softly asked "Excuse me my dear, would you mind telling us about yourself as we have never seen a dragon like you before? We would love to add to your bag of tricks and treats. I hope you do not mind stopping by sometime and talking to us about yourself. I am a bit of a scholar and have heard of a rumor of a new dragon. It is so great to meet you, and such a lovely young dragon at that, as well as a warrior too I see" They both chorused " Have a great night and enjoy your treat!"
