So I won a spot in the RoR contest but didn't recieve anything. Is it normal for it to take several days for the prizes to get sent or should I send a email about it?

So I won a spot in the RoR contest but didn't recieve anything. Is it normal for it to take several days for the prizes to get sent or should I send a email about it?
@blackdragonflame Sometimes they take a while. I think they say to wait a couple weeks before sending a message about contest prizes.
