There aren't any guidelines, really, your dragons can be basically anything Halloween-related.
Now I have not yet acquired a Halloween-y dragons, but I have my nocturne, Akeldama, a scary lady who is actually just very...eccentric.

I just picked up Samhain yesterday. I didn't mean to get a Halloweeny dragon - he just works as a mate for a dragon I already have - but I love him!
