"I abandoned my original clan in a time of need." He explained, lowering his head as he spoke. "We were under attack. It was the Death Howlers." His eyes flashed and he flinched as he continued, looking traumatized. "I was acting under my leader's orders. I was told to protect her daughter, and get her out of there with her daughter's mate. They were after Neff- I mean Fenn, you see. I don't think my Queen understood how fierce the attack would be." He starts shaking at the point, as though haunted by the memory. "The clan was slaughtered. Every last one of them, except for us." He breaks off into an angry mutter. "[i]And that no-good, cowardly skydancer, Shadow.[/i]" He composes himself again, and continues. "I often ask myself if what I did was right. Was is cowardly to hide while my clanmates fought, and died, around me? Could I really defy my Queen's orders?" He shakes his head. "I changed my name after the attack, in memory of the poor lost souls. I am Sacredscream now. And how am I to know that we would not have been slaughtered alongside them? Isn't it better that some of us survived, and would live on to create the new clan we call home? I don't think that's a question I'll ever find the answer to." He turns to the next dragon. "[b]Have you ever had to make a tough decision you regret? I don't think it's v-very fair. Hey!" she let's out an indigent cry as her mother pulls here back under her wing. She pops her head up and makes eye contact with you. Her wide innocent purple eyes seem to stare through you. [b]I-if you could be in any other flight, what would it be?[/b]

She looks up again and shakes her head, "Anyway," she catches the eyes of the next dragon, "[b]If you could have anyone item, be it a trinket or familiar, what would it be?[/b]"

"Fire, of course," she says, as if it should somehow be obvious. One claw moves to lift her protective goggles, revealing white eyes. "The... Experiments were only a partial success. It would seem my scales only resist cold, not heat." After a moment, she flicks her tail against the air - whether by magic or a trick, she creates a small flame, at which she stares for a long moment. "If you could change the colour of your scales, what would you choose?"
