A storm begins to crash upon the cliff as night falls and the sky turns black. But unlike most nights, light pours out from a cavern in the cliff, lighting the ocean waves in neon colors. Flying through the slit in the wall you discover the whole clan is alight with bright cyan lanterns and electric yellow streamers.
The dragons of the Clan of the Singing Storm were celebrating, it was the birthday of their beloved Shadowsplash and the start of hurricane season. All the store fronts were open and the cavern smelled strongly of spices, saltwater and palms. Dragons were fluttering around laughing and shopping together, their faces happy and relaxed. But they were not alone in their festivities.
The council had decided to invite dragons from all kinds of clans, there were some from the south, some from the north and even some to the west. But the clan were still waiting patiently for them to arrive...

hes a really horrible guy. He makes dragons fight for him for fun, and keeps slaves >o>.
not sure if someone from
his clan would be called as a representative, however they are a very well known clan, and having strong releationships with them would be beneficial.
