Im Charlie of Kanto, and my friend code is 1091-9229-3215 and my mii name is also charlie.
I wont be able to go on today because im going to a theme park, but tomorrow for sure!!!
They say you can't really 'finish' animal crossing, but Im like almost there.

(and i get what you mean. i've seen some towns that are just about there, too.)
