I clicked Pinkerton's Plundered Pile and on the grab an item (as per usual) but then it buffered and now it will not allow me to grab the item. Help?

I clicked Pinkerton's Plundered Pile and on the grab an item (as per usual) but then it buffered and now it will not allow me to grab the item. Help?

You have to ping the person if you want them to see your response, just like chespin and I did with you.
