She definitely reminds me of A Starry Night, by Van Gogh. Her apparel also makes her look very cold to the touch.

Aw man, definitely this guy. I love the combo of that accent with the goldslab armor - I'm surprised I've never seen that before. He looks like an ancient, menacing idol, which definitely suits his lore (which I also love btw!) It's really hard to make bright cry/fac like his look anything other than eyeburner-y, but this guy pulls it off wonderfully.
