The backstory is the clan originally found him as an egg, while they were still living in the Shifting Expanse. She was led to them (specifically Rysear's egg) by a vision. She then gives them a prophecy about how this child will lead them to a new land in the Sunbeam Ruins (for it is his charge) and how his rule will lead them to a new age, etc. etc?

Alright, so I'm guessing you just want the Seer's prophecy?
Soon it'll lace the air,
Soon the sun will ring,
Soon it'll all be fair
And soon we all will bling.
Travel through lands far,
And you will see no sorrow,
Only hope,
Feel it in your morrow,
And you'll know the way to lope.
It isn't a journey,
It can't even be a quest,
It's the passion of finding a savior,
All the more
and nothing less.
Don't have your feet grow weary,
Don't let your mind fall adle,
For when we finally make the way,
Your faith will be your saddle.
Through the land you shall walk,
And those jealous of your rightful march
Will simply stare and gawk.
Through the ocean you will find,
It's waves will push you on,
And if you were to loose this tide,
You're purpose would be gone.
Through the sea that carries you
So gently on it's back
You'll leave a clouded sky and come to one
Where darkness finally lacks.
