He's a near triple (xxx) with his lovely sea-like color scheme, and comes with lovely gem genes amongst which glimmer. Not only that, but even his eyes go with his sea-look! This handsome chap would surely make a great addition to your lair. His stats and stones have been untouched, so you can build him the way you like! Of course, you're free to rename him and exalt him as you see fit. I'm looking for around 300kT, which is the amount I usually get for similar dragons. If you think that price is unfair or too high, I'll gladly explain the logic behind the pricing scheme to you, as it has been taught to me! I'm also open to mixed payments of gems (1g:640T), treasure or items on my wishlist (check the link "tali's familiar hunt in my signature!)
