One of the achievements said to collect all 11 dolls to gain 30 points. well, I have the dolls but it's not coming up that I actually have them. is this on a time delay or is it something else?

From the Known Issues, one of the first threads in Bug Reports:

Can take up several months. Make sure they are in your hoard, not vault. They won't register in your vault.
