TOPIC | Frosted Revelry - Ice Sprite + Shackles

Frostbite landed on the floor and looked around the Crystalline Gala. Most of the people were dressed quite formally,making the wizard stand out like a pig in a cage of frogs- No that was a bad example. He was never quite good at being creative and like Skullua said, he always word things weirdly.
"Speaking of Skullua...where is she?"

The chilling voice made Frostbite turned around abruptly and swiftly held up his wand menacingly. The dragon he faced was his sister, Skullua. Well they were not siblings, but they known each other since they were just hatchlings. So each of the two dragons thought of each other as siblings. Skullua laughed at Frostbite's reaction, finding amusement in his shock.

"No, of course not! But anybody would be shocked if someone popped up behind them!"
Skullua once again laughed. Well, Frostbite was right, she supposed.
"So do you know why we had to come here?"
[i]"I'm not too sure. We were just called here. We should find out why"[/i]
"Aww but I wanna party and have fun and-"
[i]"Come on dummy. We can have fun later"[/i]

Hermen was very proud to announce the winner of the first week's costume contest. A very wonderful dragon, although they all were he had to admit. It was hard for the staff to come up with the winning dragon but they had.
He looked over all the eager faces, drinks and food left forgotten, as he stood up on the slick, icy stage. Fumbling with the microphone in his claws, he coughed to clear his throat.
"Well, we have decided on who the Ice Ambassador winner is... and it is the great Elias from the @ElphabaThropp clan!"

He waits for the applause to die down and brushes snow off the chest at his feet. He can hear the purrs coming from within.
"Elias has won four very wonderful prizes! Thank you everyone who participated, I hope that you're all ready to participate in the second round that's ongoing! That's right, Ice Mages, it's your time to shine and put your claws in the ring for a win!"
