This is Aurixae. Her favorite tea is a nice, plain oolong. She is bringing egg custard tarts to share!

Exodus may be partial to hot chocolate, but she loves traditional english breakfast while going through tomes and scrolls! She has mousse in chocolate cups to enjoy!

Holoserica may not look very ladylike, but she enjoys making many varieties of teas, and her favorite types are either rooibos or a spicy chai. She brought almond tapioca pearls to enjoy with the tea!

Finally, Lassitude loves her earl grey tea, and has it with a bit of milk and sugar. She brings delicious and British, McVites Digestives Biscuits!

So, has anyone here ever tried "high-caf" tea? They add caffeine extract until it's more caffeinated than coffee. It's good stuff.

I don't know...couldn't that be kind of dangerous? I mean, too much caffeine can be really bad for your heart, I think.

It also depends a lot on how much of a caffeine drinker you are. I have about 3 cups of coffee to start the day, and then switch to tea to keep myself going, but I can also substitute this tea for some of the coffee. It makes you less jittery. But then, I've built up a borderline superhuman tolerance to caffeine over the years. Someone who doesn't drink much caffeine or has a weak heart might hurt themselves if they had more than one small cup of the "High-caf" stuff. It's still got a lot less caffeine than say, an energy drink, though.

It's from Republic of Tea. I got the Caramel stuff, which is, as far as I can tell, one of the higher caffeine contents they offer. If you don't need that much of a kick, they also offer tea with the same content as a cup of coffee and a green tea that's got half as much caffeine as a cup.
