I'm getting this too, using Chrome. Is it because it's still within certain minutes after the hour? I find the coli will stop loading at the new hour, and won't load again until after 5 minutes.

im currently having the same issue with swip. i dont think its the new hour ive left my page on swip many times till it hit 0 and it refreshes perfectly on its own no issue.

@EarthTiger While I too use Chrome, I've never experienced a problem with on- or near-the-hour transitions with any page before. Also I checked with Plague's skype chat and can confirm non-chrome users are experiencing this issue as well.

I can't tag you all, but I've got the exact same problem. I think Swipp is down right now. I'm on my cellphone , Internet explorer. I have a Galaxy. I don't know what else to say. I don't normally check swipp, so I wasn't even sure if this had been happening for a while XD
