My dragons are beginning to stave because when ever I buy or find food (only meat and insects) anywhere on FR I do not receive it in to my hoard. Anything I can do? Please help!

My dragons are beginning to stave because when ever I buy or find food (only meat and insects) anywhere on FR I do not receive it in to my hoard. Anything I can do? Please help!

Your hoard or your count? All food goes into the food tab of your hoard where you then have to convert it by selecting and hitting Convert.
