I'm having the same problem as practically everyone on the last few pages: I am not able to see crim at all.
Funnily enough it's not browser-related. I've had a friend log in from my computer using the SAME browser as me and it's working fine for her.
From what I've seen all people reporting the problem of not seeing Crim are Newbies who joined with the last registration window, me included.
Threads keep getting closed by mods without even acknowledging the issue fully. The steps in the first post can't work here because they're not the answer. It's account-related.

For me it is ACCOUNT related. Have cleared cache, ect ect and used multiple browsers on multiple computers, then had friends use same browsers and computers with their accounts (theirs work fine).

I've only seen that happening to new users who joined the page in the last Registration window. It seems to work fine for my friends who have been here for a longer period of time, even on the same computer and using the same browser.

Any help is appreciated.

I've never been able to access it. I joined two days ago, and so far I have to agree with @Utopie that it appears account-related, rather than browser-related. I've had a housemate log in to her account to see if Crim shows up, and she had no problem. This was on the same computer and the same browser. She's done the same for two other housemates who are having the same issue. I'm having the same problem. With 3 Browsers (IE/Chrome/FireFox) on 3 Devices (2 Laptops, 1 Android Phone) and in 4-5 different Networks. It is account related. All them newbies have the same problem. It's probably because our accounts are lacking something the older accounts have. Maybe someone played around with the registration script (oder some other script for all I care) and now some entry in some table is missing/not set for new accounts. Who knows. I hope you awesome engineers find the bug soon!

I had my friend use the exact same browser window - literally just logged out of mine and had him log into his - and he was able to reach Crim just fine. Tried on mine again, same deal, no go.

Performing the outlined steps didn't fix the issue for me.
Using a different computer and browser didn't fix the issue. And my sister's account works just fine from her computer but mine does not. I'm thinking @Utopie is correct in that it is account-related to the newbies, as I just joined in the August window as well.
