The trade and new offer buttons are messed up and when I try to trade I get the error screen.

Not only is the text overlapped making it hard to read but also sends me directly to an error page. Refreshing does not change this and it has been occurring for several days.

We just updated from windows 8.1 to 10 still had the issue with it not showing up correctly on google Chrome(desktop not app). After using the suggested Try a hard reset of your browser: CTRL+F5, Control + Refresh, etc, it fixed itself.

It was all jumbled up at the top of the screen and wouldnt let me trade even though I had the item
