I love the story of Frankenstein monster so I came up with an idea to create a FR version of this creature. It's legend is connected to thunders, so I imagined Stormcatchers employees laughing mad and brining dragons back to live in this undead/mechanical form. :)

Cumulonimbus
When you are flying, the most dangerous thing up there is Cumulonimbus, the storm cloud. The powers of ice, wind and lightning combined in one, deadly force. It's almost impossible to survive in the inside, no matter if you're dragon or paragliding human.

I decided to go with a, in my opinion, fun accent, to spruce up male snappers! I'm calling it 'Discobelly' or 'Electric Belly', but that's because I couldn't find a better name for it. It's my first try at an accent, so I hope it looks alright.
Here's the accent itself:

I might tweak it some, but I'd love to hear some opinions in the feedback thread!
EDIT: holy cannoli, this squeaks in at 29.06% coverage, livin on the edge
EDIT 2: Retouched some of the shines/plasma bolts and lightened the shadow layer over those and the arcing electricity ever so slightly, but I think it looks a ton better this way. (Also the whisker looks like it got thicker??? I'll need to investigate.)
EDIT 3: Thick whisker has been fixed, and a female variant has been added as my second entry~ I hope you like it! :3c

Um.... I do not have a drawing tablet, I use GIMP, and this was drawn on my pretty much broken laptop but I would never submit something I would not want for my own dragons so I present to you my very first skin design and entry....
