Hm. I bet this thread might be useful.
Anyone got any pictures (in the wild or saved previews) of adult male skydancers with obsidian shimmer? And/or with black iridescent, but I'm a little less interested in that... I've had no luck so far trying to backtrack off of hatchlings in the AH and finding anything in the forums is an exercise in patience. Trying to figure out precisely what color male I want for a future skydancer pairing so that I don't scroll the one I've got and then go "... ARG!" as I realize it wasn't quite right. :-P

@Lightbringer - I know obsidian tends to run green, s'why my clan matriarch (points at avatar) got tiger instead of iridescent. :-p I'm clicking on most every SD baby in the AH that has shimmer or iridescent in the general vicinity of black/obsidian and so far the closest I've come has been a few black iridescent babies and I think there was one black iridescent wildclaw at some point yesterday. I've spliced together obsidian iridescent and black shimmer in Gimp but I cannot for the life of me find a male skydancer (or for that matter female) with obsidian shimmer. It's very odd, really.

She has Obsidian shimmer. No adult males though, that I could locate.
I got this cute little Guardian male for really cheap a couple days ago (and saved him from possible exaltation) and now I plan on turning him into a Skydancer because he would be BEAUTIFUL.

I love the light blue gembond, it looks like ice. And it looks especially nice on Skydancers.
He'll look amazing.
And we'll have unrelated twins (at least the first two colors and one gene.) My guy has a jade tert and gembond looks fantastic on him. (But I only have one scroll, and I'm not using it.)
