Okay the adults are ok, not nearly as pretty as I was hoping they'd be, but I saw babies and am I really the only one that doesn't think the art is borked?

I mean seriously that wing arm leading edge looks so bad to me, it bugs me so bad. It looks like the wing arm was cut in half then spliced together but not cleaned up afterwards.
I think it's the black lineart around that area that makes it stand out a lot against the blue hues. On a black and white baby it doesn't look nearly as bad.

It still looks really bad to me, there's a clear hard line down the front of the arm, that makes the whole thing look broken and deformed.

I think they look fine. To be honest, I think it's kind of rude to Undel, after she's been working so hard, to make a whole thread saying you think they're ugly.

As an artist, that just looks like something wrong with the anatomy.

Don't try putting words in my mouth, I never said they were "ugly" nor was I meaning any disrespect to Undel. HOWEVER, the art is not in my opinion up to the usual standards I've seen and come to love from FR, because really if you look closely at it, that wing arm looks like something's wrong with it. and that could be fixed.

That looks like the edge of the wing membrane that's folded over the hand and attached to the shoulder. Seems fine to me.

Guys the problem is the line is an almost straight line and on an organic creature it looks really out of place. I see it too @
