For an extra accessory, you may also add the Filigree Rapier.

Mostly blacks and greys to have a theme of dread and to match the dragon's colors as well. A lot of these pieces are NotN items, so they should be a lot easier to obtain if you're willing to wait around two more months :)

Theme: False Royalty (if that proves too difficult for whatever reason, be it a lack of items in FR to give that vibe or just not digging what you come up with, feel free to just go with royalty. ^^)

The best I could do was add adornments and accessories over a simple robe. Perhaps they adorn themselves simply to appear like they have the riches of a true ruler.

Once they see a target, they chase it down until they land their talons on it. Pain is nothing compared to the thrill of the hunt.
