Nope you can send all at once if you like
I will push them one at a time though using my 25 progens in the Kelp Beds.

in the trades go one at a time pay would have to be done after the second dragon to guarantee it would be fulfilled.

So I create 3 cr to send them?
Then create one 2-way payment cr? ^^'

send all three in one CR to make accepting easier
and then set up the Two way for when they come home.
