In the heart of the border city just between the Ashfall Wastes and the Shifting expanse sits a brilliantly painted if old wagon, dangling with copper wind chimes and faded silks of many colors, soft and blowing lightly in the warm Fire Territor breeze. Along the top are carved runes of protection from various Flights. Stacked in front of the wagon are various crates, boxes and urns of varying sizes—of wood, stone and bamboo, each haphazardly hand labeled. Rare Sprites peer out at you with jewel-bright eyes, wary. Stacks of ancient armbands with their polished stones and the clutter of old fashions lay draped on display stands.
Above it all, a dark Nocturne with a Shady Emblem fixed to her forehead
hangs upside down off the top of the wagon.
“Flamecaller warm the air beneath your wings,” she says with a smile. “What can I help you find? We offer the finest old treasure from ages past, at the best prices in Sornieth. We accept mixed currency as well as payment plans for up to two weeks, and our current gem conversion rate is 1:550. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.”

We are currently looking only into currency at the moment, but we are happy to take payment plans for up to two weeks.
Adding up what you say you have that totals to about 1645 Gems (400k+450k+100 Gems). If you commit to a payment plan we can hold the sprite for 2 weeks which should give you some time to liquidate those skins and make up the difference.
