@rainexsage Let's start with this handsome boy, and father of equally handsome offspring. It's only a shame that Yuvon wasn't born a fire dragon, because he certainly looks the part. That sunshine crackle of his looks like flowing magma (or is it lava? I really should look that up) over dark rock that his midnight speckle oh so perfectly embodies. Soil as a secondary has the potential to be a jarring brown note against his more vivid colors, but shimmer is his salvation; it takes a dull brown and instills it with red and orange highlights that perfectly continue his fiery theme. His apparel carries on the volcanic theme, with actual rock and magma that has the happy effect of looking as though it's flowing out from his pauldrons. His rusted iron gauntlets match the battered, greyish tone of his pauldrons and create a cohesive armory look (one of anything is anomaly, but two is style) and his darksteel wing bangles add a subtle touch of his darker primary up on his wings. If Yuvon looks like a fiery volcanic, Kest is an elegant darling. His basic midnight provides a dark, attractive base for his lavender shimmer wings to really show off. Skydancers are one of those breeds where you can really let the secondary steal the show, since they have such big beautiful wings, and a fluffy mane and feathers. The dark blue of midnight is an excellent backdrop for all the shimmering lavender, as it shades from blue-purple to ruddier near the tips of his wings. The purple flowerfall apparel, especially his flower crown, also helps emphasize his wings, and his bangles and sash complete the elegant look. I feel like cooler silver jewelry might be a better fit for his overall cool color scheme, but then you couldn't use the gold sash and that would be a real shame since it looks so good on him. Maybe if a silver festival sash ever comes out. I love tundras, I love pastel colors, I love imagine how is touch the sky. Peytlok is a winning combination of all three and he would be perfect if I could only stop mentally pronouncing his name Pettylock. Iridescent tundras can sometimes get the short end of the gradient stick, and end up with all sorts of oddly colored haunches, but sky is absolutely gorgeous on them. Instead, he gets the benefit of its white accent, giving him a lovely white head poking out of a mane of cotton candy pink and blue fluff. His soft pastel blue and pink coloring make him look positively confectionary. His little natural blue underbelly is a nice touch, and unique to tundras since sky gives other breeds a white belly. His blue lightning eyes, the perfect shade since water blue would be too dark, round out the effect by fitting in perfectly. I love pastels, I say. So of course the next dragon I review is this little plague raven. But honestly, Alundein is an excellent representation of his element. His double obsidian irishim is dark and foreboding, and the green highlights give him a perfectly thematic sickly gleam, like an oil slick or a raven's feathers in the sun. His swamp gembond is a nice grey green, no vivid emerald or pastel seafoam for this boy, that manages to evoke, well, swamp mud and ominous glowing moss instead of healthy green leaves. And the nice thing about green on obsidian is that the green highlights make it look like his gembond is throwing off little green reflected lights onto his hide. I feel like some apparel would suit him, maybe darksteel jewelry, to carry on that dark, ominous color scheme. Let me continue talking about your dragons with swamp, because it's a hard color to make look nice, and Fahliil also succeeds in that. She has a nice green, natural theme that fits a nature dragon perfectly. Her swamp primary is a nice earthy green, not too bright, and not too dark, that looks good with her brighter aqua secondary. Irishim makes the two of them blend a little more, showing off their similarities in their light, greenish tints, and the fact that aqua has its greenest highlights closest to the body helps them to blend even more. She has some nice earthy apparel to go with her color scheme, and the armor looks great layered over her green wraps, very realistic. Her antlers add a nice little bit of the armor's grey brown up where it couldn't otherwise reach, and round off her naturey theme. I love storm as a color, since it's such a unique and versatile shade of blue that looks good with anything, but it looks especially good on him. His midnight shimmer wings match the dark accents that storm brings, so his wings match his claws and spines which is an effect I always appreciate, and his water eyes round off the blue color scheme. His apparel is also a great match for him, incorporating more shades of blues, and a little green and aqua. Irishim dragons show off patterned apparel like his tunic and striped hat especially well, since they have no competing patterns like other genes would. His accent is really the icing on the cake. It brings together the disparate bits of gold and light blue in his apparel that otherwise wouldn't have had a match, it's subtle enough not to take over the whole design, and it highlights his wings and his face, where there isn't any apparel, to add visual interest. (Yes I know, the hat is there, but his nose doesn't have a hat now does it.) He could use some tail jewelry though, maybe a silk bangle or some of the gem shop tail rings?

@HazelNutty I was excited to see this girl grew up today so I could review her! SmokeySunset is a perfect embodiment of her name. Her coral iridescent looks like the soft pink lit with touches of gold light that you see in the clouds as the sun starts to set. I'm usually not a fan of coral, but I can definitely make an exception for her. Smoke looks best when it's a dark color on a significantly lighter color, or vice versa, and obsidian is one of the darkest colors you can get, so it shows up beautifully against her coral primary. Stripes is a great choice for obsidian wings, because it's one of the genes that keeps it as dark a black as possible, and the nice, subtle pattern lets her elegant smoke take the spotlight. I'd love to see some apparel on this girl, provided it doesn't cover up her lovely smoke pattern too much. The gold or crimson silk apparel would match the tints in her primary nicely. A sash would be placed where it doesn't cover up too must of her smoke, and since you can't really see the smoke pattern on her wings, alas, some gold wing silks would probably look great against them. Can you tell that I like tree dragons? Leafpool does a great job of showing off just how great ripple/current looks on nature colored dragons. His slate ripple is patterned like the weathered bark of a tree, and the color variation between light and dark brown, with its faintly grey tint, really enhances that. Meanwhile his avocado current, with lots of light green striated by darker green, looks like the pattern of leaves being gently blown in the wind. In fact, I seem to remember seeing this color combo before, this little guy is Aspen's twin! It's cool to look at them side by side and see the difference that genes can make, even on identical colors, since Aspen has a more calm, steady look, and Leafpool's pattern makes him look constantly in motion. I'm curious as to whether you're planning to do anything with his tert. It's kind of bright on him, but underbelly does have the interesting effect of making him look like a grove of trees standing by a flowing river. It would also cover up a lot of that nice, dark striation on his belly though, which would be a shame. I'm a big fan of autumnal colored dragons, and Irri pulls off that look very well. Her orange stripe wings incorporate three shades of orange, going from light to dark, that look just like a tree's leaves changing color. Meanwhile her stone tiger primary looks a little like that tree's trunk, or maybe leaves turning brown just before they fall. I make no secret of my love of white range underbellies, and her ice underbelly looks fantastic, a little cooler than white, which makes her primary and secondary look even more warm by comparison. The light green of her wind eyes is a good color for her, not too dark or bright, so it looks good even though she doesn't have any green or yellow on her. I'd love to see a touch of gold on her, maybe an accent or some jewelry, since I think it would really complement her colors. Bejewel has a very handsome, underrated color combo. A lot of people dismiss the grey range out of hand, preferring black or obsidian, but charcoal iridescent is a real hidden gem, in my opinion. It's a nice, shimmery, cool grey with ever so slight white and blue highlights, a very subtle effect, and dark accents on the horns and spikes. In this case, his secondary and tertiary are what really bring out charcoal's beauty. Ice and sky are both very light blues with white highlights, that bring out charcoal's white and blueish highlights, and complement its cool tones perfectly. Meanwhile sky and ice also play together very nicely, since they're similar light blues despite being far away from each other on the color wheel, so his ice makes the sky gembond look a more vivid blue, and the sky makes his ice wings look softer and lighter. Glimmer must be new, because I can't imagine having overlooked such a beautiful dragon. Skydancers have such big wings that there's a lot of room for color variation on them, so shimmer is a particularly good looking gene on them. The feathery parts of her genes get that beautiful bright caribbean blue, that matches her underbelly perfectly, and the leathery parts get a darker blue with touches of purple highlights, that complement her lavender primary. Since it's sandwiched between two bright and vivid blues, a nice light primary is the way to go, and lavender looks great with blue. Her secondary and tertiary aren't doubles, but with the shimmer gene, they really match each other so well that they can be mistaken for it anyway. Butters is really a great looking tundra with a simple but handsome color scheme. Pairing together like colors doesn't get as bright or contrasting as pairing opposites, but as it's clear to see in Butters' purple and purple color scheme, the results are a well-matched, and cohesive overall look. The dark purple of his shadow clown even has some light purple barring that's only a couple shades off from lavender. Meanwhile, his lavender eye spots incorporate some particularly dark purple that's fairly close to shadow. The result carries his darker and lighter colors all across his body, while at the same time providing the contrast where his light lavender wings meet his dark shadow fur, for a unified effect. All the shades of purple make for an elegant, well matched look overall.

@Adel First off, your entire lair is gorgeous. You have the kind of lair I wish I could have, if I could stop impulse buying dragons for ten seconds. It was difficult to pick out just five dragons. "I'm not going to review nothing but these amazingly beautiful imps and wildclaws" I told myself. "I will provide variety in this review. I am a consummate professional." That said, here is a single coatl. Yuzu looks absolutely amazing. Her crimson basic is simple yet eye-grabbing, a solid field of nothing but bright, beautiful crimson, which is objectively the best red, maroon can fight me. Her basic white wings don't distract with anything but pure white, that matches the pure white of her underbelly perfectly. Sometimes basic is all you need to show off a dragon's colors to their fullest potential, and this is absolutely one of those times. The crimson feathered wings look especially good with a coatl's feathered wings, and they tip the color balance from predominantly white to predominantly red. The dark red of her neck bow matches the darker red of her wings. And the golden brown tone of the rest of her apparel keeps her from being too duochromatic, adding visual interest and a warm touch that still complements her crimson beautifully. It's perfectly orchestrated, right down to the little blue accents on her scarf and gloves, and it makes her look full of personality. Tazzr is another stunning example of making your basics work for you, and of well coordinated apparel. There's nothing I can say about double basic obsidian that it doesn't say for itself; the darkest black you can get, clean, and elegant. Her searscale accent looks amazing against it, since basic obsidian really allows the subtle blue highlights that accent gives to make themselves visible. Her ice underbelly is a perfect complement to both, providing a stark white contrast on the ever stylish theme of black and white, but also being cool enough to highlight the cool undertones of obsidian and complement the bright blue of her accent. Copper was a great choice for her apparel, since copper and electric blue look excellent together and the green it brings in plays so well with the cyan in her accent. I applaud the choice of goggles, since even though her green eyes would match her apparel, I'd still be a bit disappointed to see that they're not lightning, since she seems so strongly affiliated with it. Normally I try not to review dragons with skins, since it feels a little like cheating, but Bao here has clearly had extensive care taken with her wardrobe to display her to her best advantage, so I feel like that deserves some spotlight. Normally, the first thing I look for on a dragon wearing a skin is eye color, since that's the only part of them visible, so I like to see if it matches. Bao, unfortunately, would have ice eyes, but you've covered them with her bamboo hat to avoid the irony of such a fiery dragon having icy eyes. Feathered wings layer under on female imperials, which has the nice effect of giving her brown feathers without obscuring the gorgeous deep red wings of her skin, and her brown tail fluff carries on that color, while adding to the impression of an especially fluffy imperial. You've carried the dark red of her wings down along her body nicely with her birdskull apparel and tail bow. And I especially like how you've complemented the gold patterning on her accent with the searing emblem and armband. Overall, she's a gorgeous fiery dragon, with a unique and subtle color palette that's very refreshing to see. Israel is a lovely, elegant dragon. I've always been a little ambivalent about the inked accent, but he's definitely one of the kind of dragons who can really show off its full potential, as it outlines his pale ice underbelly and platinum seraph for a vivid effect. Shadow and platinum are a lovely color combination, two rather underutilized purples that complement each other especially well. Platinum seraph was a good gene choice, sine it brings out the especially light colors that go well with his especially light underbelly. The gossamer silks are a lovely finishing touch, keeping his accent and shadow iridescent primary from looking too dark by adding touches of white, that are still translucent enough not to overpower his natural coloration. I saved the best for last, since I'm really in love with Tin. He has that red and white color scheme in common with your other dragons, but is still very unique. His maize primary is warmer than white or ice, so it goes especially well with his warm reds. His crimson underbelly is a nice splash of bright red, and wildclaws do look especially good with underbelly, while his blood shimmer wings are slightly more subdued. They bring in some darker reds, and some faintly brown tones, which I notice you've echoed with the browns in his apparel. His red scarf and birdskull armband are bright enough to keep the brown of his cape and crystalhide from taking over, so instead they balance nicely with the golden brown accents of maize. The combination of cape and crystals make him particularly regal, and he wears his antlers like a crown. The cherry on top is his perfect plague eyes, a nice little matching spot of red bright against his maze primary. I would suggest one more item of copper jewelry to go with his wing cuffs, maybe some bracelets, since his legs and wrists are fairly bare, and far away enough from his bright red wings and belly that a touch of color would look nice.

Your writing is so professional and I couldn't help but smile the entire way through. I especially thank you for the bit above, I'm always off the end knowing if my lair is pleasing or not. For what it's worth, your profile dragon is a beauty unlike any other I've seen in a long time.
Worth every penny, and I thank you for the review! sorry about my lair being 98.2% Imp/Wc

Irony though is I dressed that last boy right before rollover, and threw on items that I was looking at selling before realizing they looked sorta nice. Who knew others would find beauty in that paint splotch boy, haha. I'll take your suggestions and get on the copper asap!

@Mirrorstone Would it be possible to order a medium bio for this guy? You can do it either as him talking about himself or just a description. (Whatever inspires you most) I would like to see what you come up with. You have lots of free reign with him, the only things that you need to know is he is often very reserved and quiet, very rarely speaks to other dragons. he is kind of a neutral evil, researching and creating different virus' and infections to further himself, he also experiments on living and dead hosts.

Thank you, I'm so glad you enjoyed it! Don't apologize for your gorgeous lair, wildclaws and imps are the best next to tundras of course. And if Tin was just dressed in a random assortment, it was a very happy accident, he looks great!
