So, when fighting in the training area to try for those familiars, I keep running across these Leafy Moths. And they apparently REALLY LIKE fluttering in the breeze. So much so, in fact, that evidently they are willing to spend their last moments fluttering in the breeze instead of doing something to ward off their impending demise.

So are they just wasting turns for the benefit of all the 2-dragon level 1 teams, or are they defending, or does fluttering in the breeze somehow raise their dodge stat...? I'm just curious about what is exactly going on, and if I am about to get attacked by a horde of vengeful Dire Leafy Moths summoned by the dying wing-beats of their feebler cousins.

OMG why do those moths always spend their last moments, like, "oh, wow, a hoard of dragons, better flutter in the breeze for my defence"

As described above, to make battles easier in the early levels.

it was really menacing for me when i was experiencing it before realizing its not supposed to do anything lol

I always thought is was, like, some sort of health boost or something.
makes sense that they are just training monsters though.
