you embed images with the img tag. the url tag is for urls:
IMG format:
[[b][/b]img]URL.FILETYPE[/img][code][img]https://www1.flightrising.com/rendern/350/729345/72934434_350.png[/img][/code]

remember that images must end in a valid filetype (png, jpg, gif). a link to a page that happens to contain an image will not embed any of the images on that page, you need the url of the image itself.
right-click, or do whatever your mobile does to emulate that (generally long press) an image. a context menu should appear with an option such as "copy image url".
