Yes, every day at FR 00:00 we have rollover (RO) and the server goes down for half an hour

That was probably rollover! It happens at midnight server time every night and lasts about half an hour! There are occasionally posts from people who weren't watching the clock and got logged out and lost progress (like editing bios) because of it.
