I know eggs are a rare drop but I'd like to know which venues drop them most frequently along with other profitable drops like familiars, eliminates, etc.
I tried to research older threads about this but the answers seemed different in each one so I'd really appreciate some guidance that is based off current drop rates.
Thanks in advance [emoji=sun size=1]

The problem with your question is someone would need to price EVERY drop in all venues, figure out approximate drop rates and forecast demand/price based on when you'd get around to selling your drops when you get them. All venues have the same drop rate for identical items so it's down to battles per minute and the number of monsters that drop whatever it is.
Nobody does this. At best, people have tried approximating profits by grinding for a few hundred hours in a venue and then figuring out the average hoardsell of the drops.
Pick whatever venue you like, switch between a few or go where you still need Baldwin/Swipp/HDen items. Given the boom/bust cycle of drop prices eventually every venue will be the "best" venue.
For me, the quick and dirty way to approximate the more profitable venue is to count the number of venue-specific apparel pieces in the AH and check approximate LAH for each. The fewer listings the more likely I'll be to grind there unless the prices are also lower for them, too.
You might also want to give
this guide a look for statting your dragons. Right now they're hitting a couple levels lower than they could be. Once they hit L25 check out
Maki's build guide for optimizing dragons for what you want them to do.

Nightwind Ah, I see. I get what you're saying. I guess I figured it was worth asking instead of just aimlessly battling in random venues. One answer I saw on a previous forum said something about there being a higher percentage of elemental monsters in some venues than others which would mean maybe a higher chance for elemental eggs or something. There were a few other notes I cam across in my search, but they were posted several years ago so I wasn't sure if anything had changed.

If there was such a monstrous guide it would be quickly out-dated as everyone tried to follow it. All those people would inflate the supply and crash the price of all but the rarest of drops.
The most current "drop" guide is
Maki's. Note how it tracks by hoardsell and not AH price.
Given the extremely low drop rate of eggs Woodland Path has the second highest chance per 100 hours despite having more
neutral monsters than most simply because the battle per minute rate is so high. Training Fields with its very low rate of neutrals is the "best" but it's still a very small chance. The difference is roughly 2 eggs/100 hours and given what the spread is over such tiny odds that means you could be eggless for months at a time even if you're spending 100 hours a month at it.
Quite frankly unless there's been a recent update to Swipp/Baldwin/HDen/Fiona that makes a particular venue in demand for its drops you're always better off training to exalt than trying to get expensive drops--they're expensive because they've got such a low drop rate.
9 million buys a lot more eggs from people who already put in the time or got luckier than you.

Nightwind Okay, well I appreciate the thoroughness of your explanations. I'm not really into the train and exalt routine, but I understand how it can make more treasure. I'm not looking be rich, just to have a somewhat steady generation of income to expand my lair and try to make some breeding pairs. I'm basically relying on glimmer and gloom as my go to at this point because it's so quick. I just don't have hours to spend on here so it sounds like the looking for drops method is out x)
Thanks again.

wyndchimes-
I find that Harpy’s Roost nets me a fair bit of income because it has the highest hoardsell rate according to Maki’s guide and you can slap two fodder dragons along with your Coli grinder to exalt while grinding. The Mesacliff Harpy familiar which people need for hibden also drops here and I’ve seen prices for them fluctuate between 60-200g, currently LAH is at 80g. It’s very reliable income for me and super easy to stat a single grinder for too. My avatar dragon is my Harpy’s Rooster if you’d like to poke at the build I use :]
