I understand that we're not supposed to buy back all of our dragons forever, but I accidentally exalted a level 1 dragon and decided to buy it back. I use the Restore Normal Dragons to be able to have a clear space to log all of the exalted dragons into a spreadsheet, but now that I've restored that one level 1, I cannot access the 15+ pages of dragons that I exalted on purpose.

Would there be any way that I can find which dragons I exalted without having to use that page, or is there a workaround I can use to access those pages without trying to 'buy back' the dragons? They could just grey-out the purchasing option...

There is a 90 day cooldown for non-progenitor restorations. During that time period you are unable to access any of those records which is why it's not showing. Regrettably there are no workarounds for this.

If they were recent purchases (14 days) from the AH you could see them in your Recent History. Mousing over them to get the hovertext will show dragon info including level. If they were receive via CR you can mouse over them in your Receipts and get dragon info including level.
