How do I change my fourm post stuff? | Help Center

I have wrighting under my fourm posts now. But my friend did that for me, I can´t figure out how to change it. Can anyone help me out? I will glad also take any other fourm tricks and editing stuff or fourm stuff in genral. I didn't use the forums very often until recently. So I will take any tricks that will help me out in the forums!
