i'm looking to start training lvl 25s in my spare time to eventually sell, but i'm not sure what the best build is. what do people look for the most/what would benefit me the most? i currently have 3 glass cannons.

Given that very, very few people will pay the full cost of battle stones once they're on a dragon compared to loose on the AH your best bet is to not stat/stone them at all. I do suggest only training Arcane, Earth, Nature, Wind and Water element dragons since those are the most in demand for L25s given how they make the best double fodder trainers.
For training multiple dragons I'd suggest restatting one of your glass canons to a double fodder trainer build. Light and Shadow aren't great for that (elemental weaknesses to the starting packs of monsters you need to build breath) but Light is somewhat better for the Mire.

I want to live in Theory. Everything works there.
Have you checked the Gem MP for Gene and Breed scrolls before buying an AH listing from me ending in 5g?
