You can find lots of people offering Gems for Treasure (or vice versa!) in Items for Sale! There's no "set" conversion rate, so the value is decided by users and fluctuates depending on supply, demand, and personal preference.
The current ratio is hanging around 1:900, meaning that 1 Gem is worth 900 Treasure. You can either respond to one of the threads currently offering to buy Gems at a ratio you like, or make your own post to offer Gems at your own price!

Yes. Make a post in Items for Sale and put your conversion rate in your title. 1:1000 is about average now for people selling gems but you can check Items for Sale and see what other people are offering.
Do make sure you use the Crossroads 2 Way trade for secure trading!

@DragonFan123 as mentioned above, make a post about this in the Items For Sale area. There, you are more likely to be able to find someone who will convert the treasure over to you for your gems.
