They become adults 6 days after being born, just after rollover (12:30am US Pacific time.) If it's the one in your avatar, it'll become an adult in about 8 and a half hours.

Im confused. My new Tundra just became an adult but it says I cant breed her for another 9 days.

Dragons can only breed when their first breeding cooldown is over, not when they grow into adults. All dragons take 6 days to age up, but breeding cooldown varies by breed. You'll just have to wait!
