Not really. A couple apparel pieces hide/cover the eyes, but there aren't contact lenses to change the eye color, and it most likely will never happen, because eye color is the easiest way to know the flight of a dragon.

Eyes always show above the skin, so even if a skin appear to cover the eyes, it won't.

@Tiyuji Can I recommend the Marva's eyes collection? Those are essentially contact lenses that change the color of a dragon's eyes. They're also joke items, so they all look silly.

Goggles and glasses also help

It takes Twelve Years for one Imperial pair to produce a Primal-eyed offspring of a specific sex. Goal-based breeding is dead.
@Ridara

I think they mentioned those in the original post.

@Tiyuji The hoods turn your dragon's eye white - [item=Burlap Hood]. There's about 5? 6? different colours. There's also old festival item [item=boneyard tatters] which turns the eyes green, and its recolour [item=Sanddune Rags] which turns the eyes hollow black. The recent masks of the wood set (?) turns the eyes into tiny little specks and changed the colour as well. The colour depends on the colour of the apparel. [item=Autumn Woodmask] All other apparels (except the April Fool's ones that you mentioned) fully or partially covers up the eyes but not change their colours, as far as I can remember.

@Greyjoy OK, so like are you here to help the OP, or are you here to tell me your interpretation of one vague part of the OP's post?
