@Giggledragon27 You'd be surprised how different the same color can look with different genes applied, check them out in the Scrying Workshop! Apparel and skins/accents can also go a long way in altering your dragon's appearance.
But, yes, the only way to straight-up change your dragon's colors is to use the Scatterscroll to randomize all three. You don't get to choose the colors or change just one.
