@Ismaiel I see, thank you! I was worried it was a term for fodder, and I'm trying to sell my baby Halloween Imperials.

It is not. But that doesn't mean they won't end up exalted anyway - just because it is not intended as a fodderdragon won't help if the user later onchanges its mind. If you feel uncomfortable with the tought of exalting its better for you to just keep the dragons.

@Ismaiel Nah, that they might be exalted later doesn't bother me at all, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't selling them to people that were going to try and drive down the price. Imperials take forever to breed. XD

While the hatch date does help, do remember that most imperials have been at fodder prices for a good two years! I regularly buy them at 5k for exalting.

@Vendrus That is true, but there are exceptions to the rule. I'm mostly hedging on their birthdate and coloring, I believe you term it XXY? I've only been here around a month. XD They're quite literally my only set of Imperials. :p My other Halloween babies are a fae and a spiral. So pretty! But not ready to breed, yet. And I'd like to get Runes for the Spiral. I thought 20k was a fair starting price, since other imperials are selling for 35k and up.

@LunarStarfrost
Oh, that's gorgeous. I'd look at the Dragons Wanted forums, there's a few people still after Halloween dragons and that's a shining example. 20kt is probably rather less than you could get for it.
As for 25-30kT... that's pretty much the standard price for any dragon that the seller wants to go to a home rather than risk being exalt fodder. It's the same for all breeds, not just imperials and I wouldn't go below it!

@Vendrus I know I should go a little higher, but I'd thought these would be a quick sale. I had them up minutes after they hatched at 35k and then kept dropping it with no bites. Heck, I even had them at 6999 for day. It's very frustrating. *sigh*
