how do you make a link that goes to a specific post in a topic, not just to the first post on the page?

How I do it these days is I first take the quote of the post I want and CRTL+C the URL. So if I want to quote the post I made before, I would get this from the address bar:

I then hit CRTL + Shift + i. A white box should appear. I think click on the far left button that appears on the bar of the box. For me it looks like a mouse that's pointed inside a square. I then hover it over the post I want and a blue box should appear. I click on that box and a line of code should appear in the box that is highlighted that contains "text-XXXXXXX" where the X's have numbers. In this case, it was text-16989461. I then substitute those numbers for the mbnew.
