TOPIC | Egg? Of the Wind Variety?
Hello, everyone!

I must admit, even though I'm not exactly "new" to Flight Rising (it's alredy been a few weeks since I joined), I have had minimal opportunity to explore the site!

I just stumbled upon an item(?) titled "Unhatched Wind Egg". For starts, I'm not sure what it is. But more than that, what should I do with it? Should I use it (assuming it has a use!) or should I sell it?

Thank you everyone in advance!

Hello, @Sharklore!

Unhatched egg items are eggs that you can hatch right from your Hoard (you do not need to incubate them in a nest like bred eggs). Unhatched eggs will hatch an ungened starter breed with all three of its colors randomized. This dragon will be first generation (parentless, like your progenitors).

Whether you hatch or sell the egg is up to you! Some people like hatching first generation dragons and buying genes for them. And first generation dragons can fetch a nice price if they have desirable colors. But if you're not interested in first gens and you don't want to risk hatching a mucky colored dragon, you can sell the egg straight up. Unhatched eggs are always worth a lot on the Auction House. :)

@Alphaeon
Thank you so much! So it's a first gen. dragon but you get random results... Interesting! I'll have to start thinking about either selling it or using it... Hmm...

Again, thank you! o v o

I always end up selling mine. I'm too terrified that i'll end up with an unsellable eyeburner, or something even worse.

Unhatched eggs for between 75k-100k most often than not 85k. I say sell since you may just get the most ugly dragon ever, but hatch if you want!
