@starfox The Tri-Colored Scatterscroll from the gem marketplace will randomly change one dragon's primary, secondary, and tertiary colors, and is a one-time use item. However, you can use as many as you'd like on your dragon!

@starfox The scatterscroll Vovina mentioned is the only way I know of to change a dragon's color. There is no way to pick what color you want it changed to, you just have to hope you get a good scatter.
